Tania Feliciano

I am an enthusiastic and passionate surgical assistant/tech with 13 years of experience in plastic surgery, working alongside Dr. Kusuma and the dedicated staff at Suria since April 2011. My deep commitment to skincare drives my work, and I take great pride in contributing to the success of our MedSpa. My passion is driven by the bonds I build with my patients and the enjoyment I find in keeping their skin healthy. To further my career, I am in the process of expanding my knowledge and abilities with skincare.

Michele Pallagi

After 18 years in education, I’m thrilled to have found a new passion in the medical field. There’s nothing quite like witnessing patients take that empowering step to enhance their appearance and build their confidence. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey to feeling better about themselves.

Jennifer Pacheco-Saraiva

Jennifer has dedicated nearly a decade to working alongside Dr. Kusuma, where a passion for aesthetics has been a driving force. Starting out as an LPN, Jennifer’s commitment and expertise have led to a successful transition into an administrative role, reflecting a deep understanding of both patient care and practice management.

Maureen Hopfinger

Maureen Hopfinger, CRNA, began her career in nursing in 1975 and quickly rose to the position of Head Nurse at the ICU of St. Vincent’s Charity Hospital, where she worked until 1983. Since then, she has dedicated over four decades to the Cleveland Clinic, Main Hospital as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). With a deep passion for anesthesia, Maureen specializes in plastic surgery and has had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Kusuma for the past 13 years. Their collaboration not only enhances patient care but also allows Maureen to stay at the forefront of anesthesia practices, continuously updating her skills. With over 40 years of experience in nurse anesthesia, Maureen remains as passionate as ever about her work, looking forward to every day in the surgical clinic.

Aileen Abella

Aileen Abella , is an experienced Certified Phlebotomy Technician as well as a Medical Assistant in Weston, Florida. She is currently in nursing school at FAU and will further her education to become a NP. Aileen has volunteered under Dr.Borisiaks supervision since 2021 and absolutely loves the medical field. She is determined to learn and grow in this field with an amazing team by her side and is passionate about giving back and helping the community.

Maria Bond

Maria has been a registered nurse for 37 years and has been working along side with Dr.Kusuma for 14 years. She enjoys taking care of our patients in the operating room and being part of the transformation journey.

Jane Alvarado

Jane, with a diverse background in the fashion industry, is our Cosmetic Coordinator. Drawing from her experience as a professor, author, design and fashion show coordinator, Jane brings a compassionate and supportive approach to patient care. She carefully guides each patient from the pre-consultation stage, offering personalized education and reassurance, through to the consultation and booking process. Jane’s understanding of aesthetics, developed through years of garment creation and fashion expertise, ensures that every patient feels valued, understood, and confident as they embark on their cosmetic journey.

Tim Reed

Tim has been involved in the healthcare market for over 30 years. Over the past fifteen years, Tim has owned and managed the growth of cosmetic aesthetic facilities. Starting with non-invasive solutions for hair loss and weight loss/body sculpting, helping thousands of individuals improve their health and beauty. As his business grew, he opened a full service cosmetic surgical facility. The business was able to offer its patients, any type of cosmetic surgery that they needed. Including liposuction, breast augmentations, tummy tuck, bbl and face lifts. He developed a proprietary face lift that was done under local anesthesia, which the business specialized in for many years. Tim joined Suria Cosmetic Surgery in 2020 and assists the business in marketing and sales.

  Two years ago I walked in Suria Plastic Surgery to try one of there services virtue rf microneedling. I was welcome in a warm professional manner. The staff is very knowledgeable. I met doctor Kusuma and I was very impressed! He explained and answered all my questions. At that point I knew this was home!   The staff here is wonderful, had a great time as they took me through the process. I am so impressed with Dr Kusuma, for the work he did but also because he was willing to hear my minor complaints as well and actually asked me how could they have done better and then took a video of my complaint lol. Bravo 🙌🏼 Dr Kusuma for being about the patient. Linda, who encouraged me to see other doctors, Simone, who is pleasant and takes my pictures, Jane who encouraged me to give a review. As well as the intake person, I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were like a family member so open and truthful. All of the staff was wonderful and I would pick Suria again!!!
